Wear: Athletic shorts, practice shirt, gym/indoor court shoes; no jewelry. Knee pads optional. Bring: Full water bottle (labeled). On Arrival: Place gear neatly, then begin your stretching routine (you’ll learn it at the first practice). Coaches start promptly.
